FAQ + Shipping/Returns

I'm Alexandra. I started this business after realizing how hard it was to find CUTE, SIMPLE, QUALITY boy clothing for my son. This is when I realized I was called to follow my dreams of being a shop owner. Simple Threads was founded in November 2018. Since then we had a baby girl in 2020 and girl styles have slowly been brought in.

 

-I work with other reliable brands that drop ship for me! So if you notice shipping is a little bit more expensive it's because these items are coming from multiple shops! This is so I can offer you more product and sizing.

-I am committed to providing you excellent products but if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the product for store credit only. Returns must be started within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please email me at alexandra90w@yahoo.com to begin your return. You are responsible for return shipping.

-Please make sure to read all product tags or website descriptions about washing and drying your items.

-Simple Threads is not responsible for items that have been damaged while trying to open the package.

-Unfortunately packages that are marked as delivered but are not received by you are your responsibiliy to locate. Once the package leaves Simple Threads and is marked as delivered I am no longer liable. Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation.

*I do not issue refunds on lost or damaged packages. Please contact your local post office to start a claim*

-I am not responsible for items that have been worn and washed that have received damage. Such as loose threads or holes.

-All sale items are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return or exchange. This includes any package that you used a discount code with.
